Victoria Luise Platz
Just a block down from the vivid gay scene on Fuggerstr. You find the wonderfully relaxed Victoria-Luise-Platz. Named after the daughter of Wilhelm II, this off track hangout breezes the bourgeois relaxed atmosphere of old berlin.
There are a couple of bars and cafés from which I just recommend all year long the
MONTEVIDEO, run by Franz Ilg, (Franz sold it in 2006. The place is crap now) He offeres perfect hangover prooved breakfasts and
drinks.
During summer there is sun all day, and if you are not to stupid you can get involved in a conversation with one of the many design students frequenting this place.
